MiniDV Tape, introduced in 1995, became popular for many consumer and "prosumer" camcorders. The standard play time is 62 minutes.  As this was a development of the 8mm tape media, it still has the drawbacks of magnetic media.  This tape is becoming less popular as the market shifts to solid state recording.  We transfer MiniDV tape in-house.  $22.00 up to 90 minutes.  (BACK)
